Updated 29 September 2026

FormatBookForPrint.com is a web layout workshop. This page says what data is involved when you use the site, pay for a PDF, or send a message. It is not a law firm brief. If your case is unusual, use the Send message form.

Who runs the site

The site is run by FormatBookForPrint.com. There is no user account: no profile and no permanent folder of your books on our servers.

Your manuscript, PDFs, and images

You upload Word, PDF, or photos to lay out in the browser. That work lives in the session: when you generate the PDF, close, or reload the tab, that visit’s layout is gone. We do not keep a library of your work. Hosting (currently Vercel) and DNS (Cloudflare) keep the site up. We do not sell your manuscript or use it to train models.

Messages

If you use Send message, the topic, your name, your email, and the text are sent to the workshop operator’s inbox so we can reply. It is not a public chat. Do not send secrets you would not put in an email.

Payment

The full unmarked PDF is offered at USD 19 per download session, as described on each Path. PayPal processes the charge under its own policy. We receive order confirmation, not your full card number.

Cookies and visits

The site needs what it takes to load. In production the host may record visit stats (for example Vercel Analytics) to see if the site works, not to profile you as an author. We do not sell mailing lists.

Third parties

PayPal (payments), the message form delivery, and hosting/DNS. Each treats data under its own rules. If a provider changes later, the point of this page stays: your book is not stored as an account.

Your rights

We do not keep your layout so you can download it another day. If you sent a message, you can ask us not to reply further or to delete that thread from the inbox by writing again with Send message. Payment history remains with PayPal.

For privacy questions or questions about your work, use Send message at the bottom of each Path (suggestion, thanks, review, or complaint).
