PATH C | ART ALBUMS AND CATALOGUESArt Books & Large Size Visuals
Albums, magazines, illustrated stories, portfolios, and coffee table books. Choose portrait, landscape, or square, one of 16 placements per page, numbered photos, and a Word file; the factory builds the print PDF. Covers are Path D.
Your Content and Copyright Stays 100% Secure
Files are processed exclusively in a secure temporary buffer while our engine formats your book. We never save or store your data: the moment your PDF is compiled or you close the browser tab, all original source files are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Front and back covers for these albums are made in Path D, on the same trim size. Open the cover studio
The spec sheet is calculated from the finished interior PDF, after images are injected. Generate the book preview to see real page count, spine, and wrap.
After you pay, this page stays open. Click RGB or the CMYK code your printer asked for, wait until it finishes, then the next. Do not close or reload until you have the files you need: leaving erases the layout and this payment will not let you download again.
After you pay you can download the interior in RGB (Amazon KDP) and every CMYK of this layout (GRACoL, FOGRA, SWOP, Japan Color). Each button delivers that color system: type in 100% K black and photos converted with the profile. Closing the tab deletes the file.
RGB is screen color (red, green, and blue). Amazon KDP and many digital print-on-demand presses want the PDF in RGB: the same kind of color you see on a monitor. Bright greens and blues will not match paper 100%, but this is the file KDP and several independent printers accept for the interior.
The three most requested
Coated / couché stock, gloss or matte (laminated hardcover/paperback, magazine). Usual IngramSpark US request. Do not use on cream/ivory or uncoated offset.
European coated / couché stock (ISO 12647-2). Common for IngramSpark Europe and EU offset. Do not use on uncoated offset or novel cream.
Newer European coated / couché (2013). Use if the printer names PSO Coated v3. Covers and magazines on gloss or matte coated paper.
Other specifications (same session, already included in the payment)
United States
Older US coated / couché (pre-2013). Some legacy offset shops still ask for it. Same paper type as GRACoL2013 (coated).
US web press (web magazines, not typical casewrap). Publication coated / couché stock. Not the IngramSpark cover profile.
US uncoated offset: novel cream/ivory, matte offset, porous unlaminated cover. Do not use on a gloss-laminated casewrap (that needs coated/couché).
Uncoated US web (offset, not couché). Uncommon for book covers. Confirm with the printer.
Europe
European uncoated offset (white or natural/ivory). Novels, essays, unlaminated paperback. Not for coated/couché or laminated covers.
Newer European uncoated (offset or cream/ivory). If the printer says PSO Uncoated v3, this one.
Yellowish / cream European offset (uncoated ivory). Typical novel natural stock. Not for bright white coated/couché.
Japan
Japan coated / couché (covers and magazines). Not GRACoL or FOGRA: different inks and paper. Only if the printer is in Japan or names it.
Japan uncoated (offset or cream/ivory). Do not send to IngramSpark US or Europe.
Amazon KDP often wants RGB. If your printer wants CMYK, download the exact code on their spec sheet (and the variants below if they ask). Click one, wait, then the next.
